Vi-De-Oh!This is a featured page

Vi-De-Oh! is a fake Yu-Gi-Oh! card topic in the Arts & Literature Board. It was created by supercomputer276 on June 5th, 2008. Cards posted in this topic are based on various video game franchises, hence the name Vi-De-Oh (video, as in video game).

Vi-De-Oh! started in the Lemmy's Land Forums as "Ma-Ri-Oh!" and primarily showcased Mario-based cards. The name was later changed to "Nin-Ten-Doh!" and finally "Vi-De-Oh!" as SC expanded the scope of games he drew inspriation from. While he did create a topic for it at the now-dead Mt. Majesty Forum, SC did not bring this work to NintenKingdom until he created the current topic.

Current Sets

Millennium Portal

Millennium Portal is a Vi-De-Oh! fake Yu-Gi-Oh! card set based on Paper Mario: the Thousand-Year Door. Because the cards were not given card numbers, they were posted in alphabetical order. Archetypes in this set include the "Badge" cards, which have many strong effects but only 20 are allowed in a Deck; and "Crystal Star" Equip Spell Cards. Notable cards include Paper Mario, Sir Grodus, and The Shadow Queen. There are 262 total cards in this set.

Eggman Empire

Eggman Empire is a Vi-De-Oh! fake Yu-Gi-Oh! card set based on Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut, Sonic Adventure 2: Battle, and Sonic Heroes. Unlike Millennium Portal, the cards have cards numbers. Archetypes include Chao Monsters, monsters with specific and special support cards. Notable cards include Sonic the Hedgehog and The FinalHazard. This set is still being posted.
