Alex was a simple boy, his hobbies included turning butter and playing the flute for all of the forest animals, but this all changed when a band of pirates came and ravaged his small seaside town of Duke. The pirates captured Alex, but sadly murdered the rest of his family. He worked most of his time scrubbing the deck of the pirate ship. But on one fateful, stormy, day, the ship got damaged by ravage waves and a bolt of lightning. The ship was completely destroyed. Luckily, a sea turtle helped him get to the closest island. Alex spent most of his time there working on his wooden hut, and searching for food. One night, however, Alex was discovered by a herd of nocturnal unicorns. They decided to take Alex back to their village to discuss what to do with him, and what did they do you ask? They decided to raise him of course. For about two years, Alex lived in peace with all of the unicorns. Although on one stormy night, Joeru, the sworn enemy of the unicorns, attacked with an army of cockatrices. Alex and the leaders of the unicorn's son found a safe place to hide, but unfortunately, the rest of the tribe was destroyed by Joeru's evil army. Alex swore revenge on him and decided to go on a quest to defeat Joeru. He was not alone though, he had the unicorn leader's son, Ashurii by his side to aid him. He had with all of Ashurii's healing and offensive powers to help him, he was nearly invincible. Although in order to reach Joeru's tower, they had to cross the sea, which was not an easy task to do. Joeru was even sending out his minions in order to hide any objects they needed and stand in their way to make sure Alex and Ashurii couldn't make it. That wasn't going to happen, of course, so Alex and Ashurii didn't even think twice about quitting, they conquered every evil that stood in their path. With all of Joeru's minions stalling them, it took just about three months just to build the raft in order to even get on the sea. They floated on the ocean for about two weeks until they came across a cracken, who tore apart their raft, and threw them far across the ocean. Alex and Ashurii were found floating on the sea by a sailor named Eivarii, who kindly lifted the two onto his ship, took them to Nerbrak Island, and nursed them back to health until all traces of hypothermia were absent from the duo's body. Eivarii asked them if they remembered how they ended up floating on the sea, Alex and Ashurii told him about the cracken incident and how they were trying to get to the Locklit Isles to defeat the evil Joeru once and for all. Eivarii told them he could easily get them there with his ship. They set sail in the morning, but this time they were armed with a cannon so they could easily destroy any enemy that stood in their path. When they got there, Eivarii offered him tagging along, the duo accepted his offer. There was a bit of a problem at the Locklit Isles though, the tower stood in the middle one, but there was no enterance. They had to search every one to see if any of them had a secret entrance, it was the last one they searched that had the secret underwater tunnel to get inside the Seer's Tower. Once they got in, they were in the third basement, where all of Joeru's maids and prostitutes were kept. They came across one maid though, she was different then all of the others, her brain could not be washed unlike all of the other women she shared her living quarters with. Her name wasPollyanna, she was tired of Joeru's harsh demands and poor living qualities unlike the rest of the brainwashed women. The team suggested her tagging along, she was hesitantat first, but she stood up confidently, and accepted. The team had a very tough time going through all one hundred and nine floors. Once the got to the roof of the tower, they were greeted by Joeru. As Joeru told them his evil plan, the group, Alex, Ashurii, Eivarii, and Pollyanna, all stood in the their fighting stance. What they didn't expect though, was being surprise attacked by a group of Joeru's minions. The captured the entire team and tied them up. Joeru decided to catapult them all in different directions off the island, but they weren't just any regular catapults, they were 50 feet tall each, and even at that, Joeru was going to throw them off at the top of the tower. The group had their last meal together surrounded by guards, they were then brought to the top of the tower, and launched off at the same time. Alex flew what seemed to be thousands of feet over the ocean, landing on a tree branch on a peaceful island. Alex laid there for quite sometime until what seemed to be a purple turtle with spikes on its shell noticed him and got his friend, a blue-winged creature to get me down. They asked him how he managed to get on their island, Alex told them everything that happened. They offered him their condolences and asked him if he wanted to stay at their castle for a while, Alex accepted. They also said they would help him find his party members and get stop Joeru's evil reign when he feels the time is right.
